Fitness Classes

We offer 13 classes per week.  All classes are run by fully trained and experienced boxing professionals. Our focus  is on improving your overall fitness by using tried and true boxing training techniques. No matter what your fitness level we have a class for you.

Open Class

 

Our open fitness class aims to get you to an excellent level of fitness and at the same time increase your boxing skills. 

 

You commit your time and energy and we'll help you get the results you want. 

 

Warning: These classes have been known to create 'boxing addicts!'

 

 

Advanced Class

 

Our advanced fitness class is for those boxers who have put in a fair few hours and are keen on refining their boxing skills.

 

We'll focus on your personal boxing goals and work with you to achieve these goals.  Be it corporate, amateur or professional fighting goals, we'll get you there.
